This is how you find us
Holwerd is easily accessible by car via the N361. From Leeuwarden, it takes approximately 35 minutes to drive to the village; from Groningen, the journey takes about 60 minutes. Parking is available directly at the property to ensure a smooth arrival and departure.
By public transport, there is a bus connection from Leeuwarden to Holwerd. If you are arriving by train, a taxi or (rental) bicycle is recommended for the final leg. The Writers' House is also easily accessible by bicycle via the regional cycle routes through Noardeast-Fryslan.
